When is the Healing Service held?

The Healing Service is usually on the last Saturday of every month after the 5:30 PM Mass. Occasionally, it gets moved because of variable dates like Christmas and Easter. Please check the calendar here.

Does the Basilica do weddings?

The basilica is not a parish but a Shrine that pilgrims attend. Sacraments like Baptism, First Communion, Weddings are held in parish churches. Funerals also take place in a person’s particular parish church.

Do you still bless vehicles at the Basilica?

Blessings of car keys and religious articles are done at the end of all the Masses, weekdays and weekends.

Are pets allowed inside of the Basilica?

Pets are only allowed in the Basilica when they are seeing eye dogs.

Is the Basilica handicap accessible?

Yes, the Basilica has a drop off facing the expressway with a ramp for handicap access.

When does the Mariachi band play?

The Mariachi Band plays Saturdays at 11:30 AM and 5:30 PM. On Sundays, they play at the 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:30 PM, and 5:30 PM Masses.
